Dropbox

Dropbox is a file hosting service operated by the American company Dropbox, Inc., that offers cloud storage, file synchronization, personal cloud, and client software.

Dropbox brings files together in one central place by creating a special folder on the user’s computer. The contents of these folders are synchronized to Dropbox’s servers and to other computers and devices where the user has installed Dropbox, keeping the same files up-to-date on all devices.

Connecting to Dropbox

Mammoth allows you to connect to your Dropbox account and get the data into Mammoth.

  1. Select API & Databases from the add menu and click on Dropbox.

  2. Click on “Sign in with Google” and log in into your Dropbox account.

  3. Select the account and click on “Next”.

  4. Enter the shareable link of the file you want to add to Mammoth.

  5. Click on “Submit”.

Once you click on submit, The file will be added to Mammoth’s Data library.

Note

Mammoth supports the follwing file types - .csv , .txt , .xls , .xlsx , .zip , .tsv , to be added to the Data Library.
