# Import Zoom meeting and webinar data into Mammoth

> Connect Mammoth to Zoom with a Zoom sign-in, import meetings, webinars, participants and users as a dataset, and add only new rows on each refresh.

The Zoom connector imports meeting, webinar and user data from your Zoom account into Mammoth as a dataset. You sign in to Zoom; there are no keys to copy. Open it from **Data Library** > **New dataset** > **Connectors** and search for **Zoom**. Project Admins create the connection; Project Editors can start datasets from a connection the project already has. Which connectors you can add depends on your plan.

## What you can bring in from Zoom

Tables the signed-in Zoom account can see, such as:

| Area | Example tables |
| --- | --- |
| Meetings | `Meetings`, `PastMeetings`, `MeetingRegistrants`, `MeetingParticipantsReport` |
| Webinars | `Webinars`, `WebinarParticipants`, `WebinarRegistrants`, `WebinarAbsentees` |
| Account and users | `Users`, `Account`, `AccountCallLogs` |

Tick only the columns you want. The dataset can refresh daily or only when you ask.

## Before you connect Zoom

You need a Zoom account with access to the data you want to import.

## Connect Zoom to Mammoth

1. Go to the **Data Library**, click **New dataset**, and choose **Connectors**.
2. Search for **Zoom** and click its tile. The connector workspace opens with the **Chat** showing. See [Connect a database or app](https://mammoth.io/docs/learn/get-data-in/connect-a-source/) for the shared steps.
3. In the chat, click the button to sign in to Zoom and allow Mammoth access.

## Pick Zoom tables and columns

1. In **Tables**, open a table and tick the columns you want. They gather in **Your table**.
2. Click **Preview 100 rows** to check the data.

## Save Zoom data as a dataset

1. Click **Save as dataset**.
2. Enter a **Dataset name** and pick the folder under **Save in**.
3. Under **Keep it up to date**, choose **Daily** or **Manual**.
4. Click **Save**.

## Refresh Zoom data and add only new rows

Choosing **Daily** creates a [Dataset Refresh](https://mammoth.io/docs/learn/automate/refresh-a-dataset/) automation that you can reschedule later.

Zoom supports a key column, so after you save, the dataset's **Update method** offers:

| Update method | What it does |
| --- | --- |
| **Replace all data** | Rebuilds the dataset from the source on every refresh |
| **Add new rows only** | Keeps your rows and adds rows above the last value of a **Key column** |
| **Keep only the newest rows** | Empties the dataset, then brings in rows since the last refresh |

For the last two, pick a **Key column** whose values only go up, such as an ID or a date.

## Troubleshoot Zoom connections

| Symptom | Likely cause | Fix |
| --- | --- | --- |
| A table is missing or empty | The Zoom account you signed in with can't see that data | Check that account can see the data in Zoom, or connect with an account that can |
