Builders connect sources, build pipelines and publish. Viewers open dashboards, filter them and export from them. Viewers are free and unlimited on every plan including Free: only builders count towards your plan. Does storage really cost the same on every plan? Yes. A storage step is the same price on Starter, Team and Pro. That is the point of pricing on two axes: needing more data does not force you to buy more seats, or more governance, than you have any use for. What counts against my storage? Prepared data held in Mammoth. Data you read live from your own warehouse does not count. The row figures beside each size are a guide rather than a second limit. They assume about a kilobyte a row, so wide tables use more and narrow ones less. How does the trial work? Fourteen days of Pro at 10 GB, with no credit card. The trial lifts what your workspace can do, not how much it can hold, so storage stays at 10 GB whichever step you picked and you add more when you need it, at the same price on every plan. On day 15 you land on the plan you chose. Nothing is deleted, and anything Pro was doing pauses rather than breaks. Is the Mammoth MCP server included? Yes. Connecting Claude to your workspace through the Mammoth MCP server is available on every plan. Claude acts as you, with your permissions. What happens if I downgrade? Your work and your dashboards stay. Automation pauses if the new plan does not include the schedule you were using, and storage over the new limit becomes read-only until you are back under it. Can I pay monthly instead of annually? The prices shown are for annual billing. Monthly billing is available at about 25% more. How is AI usage billed? AI dashboard generations are a numbered monthly allowance per plan: one Create run is one generation, and editing an output afterwards is free and unlimited. Viewer Q\&A carries its own monthly number on Team and Pro, counted across the workspace rather than per dashboard. AI transforms and PDF extraction are not metered: they are fair use, and if that changes we will say so before it does. Nothing here is billed as overage. What happens to my data if I cancel? You keep a window to export it: 30 days on Free, 90 days on a paid plan. At the end of that window it is permanently deleted. Export is available at any point before then, in full and without a paid plan. ## See it on your own data. Bring one CSV or connect the warehouse.
