What is a Meta Ads dashboard template?

A Meta Ads dashboard template is a ready-made dashboard with the numbers and charts already chosen. You connect your Meta ad account and it fills in with how your Facebook and Instagram ads are doing: amount spent, purchases, purchase value and return on ad spend, by campaign, ad set and day. Is Meta Ads Manager free?
