Which files can I turn into a dashboard?

Excel and CSV files, Google Sheets, and tables inside PDFs. You can also connect a database on Free; SaaS apps and cloud warehouses start on Starter.

How do I turn an Excel file into a dashboard?

Upload the file and describe the dashboard you want. Mammoth reads the sheet, sorts out messy layouts like merged cells and stacked tables, and builds the charts.

Do viewers really cost nothing, on every plan?

Yes, including on Free. You pay for the people who build dashboards. People who only view them are free and unlimited.

What if the generated dashboard isn't quite right?

Edit it. Ask for a change in plain words, or edit any chart, metric or filter directly.

Can I control how it looks?

Pick one of nine built-in styles, or upload your logo and Mammoth makes a style from your brand colours. Every chart follows the style, so you never format charts one by one.

Does the dashboard update when my data changes?

For a file, upload the new version and the same steps re-run. A Google Sheet or a connected source can refresh on a schedule from Starter up; on Free you refresh by hand.

How many dashboards can I publish?

Three on Free, 25 on Starter, 100 on Team, and unlimited on Pro and Enterprise. AI generations are a separate monthly allowance: 5 on Free, 25 on Starter, 100 on Team and 300 on Pro. Editing a dashboard afterwards is free and unlimited.

Can I embed a dashboard in my own site or app?

Yes, on every plan including Free. You can embed the public link, use an embed key so the dashboard isn't public, or sign a token per viewer so each person sees only their own rows. On Free and Starter the dashboard shows a small “Built with Mammoth” footer.
