Limits
Limits worth knowing
Better to know before you choose than after.
- Published boards are counted by plan
- How many boards you can publish depends on the plan; see pricing.
- Outside invites are view-only

- Row-level security needs sign-in and Pro
- Needs sign-in sharing. Members of the board's own project are not restricted. Motion video is refused and link previews stay generic on these boards.
- A collection is one project
- One project per collection. Drafts in an unshared collection wait until it is shared.
- Reading reports name known people only
- Only people the workspace knows are named; no IP address or city; editors' own visits are not counted. One reminder per person per board every 7 days.
- Two editors: the stale save is refused
- A stale save is refused, not merged.
- Trash keeps boards for 30 days
- 30 days by default.
