Pricing questions

What's the difference between a platform user and a viewer?

Platform users build. They connect sources, create pipelines and publish dashboards. Viewers open dashboards, filter them and export from them. Viewers are unlimited and free on every plan, including Free. Only builders count towards your plan.

Is every feature really on every plan?

Every tool and capability is available on every plan, including Free. Plans differ on scale, meaning storage, refresh frequency and how many people build, plus the enterprise access controls like SSO and IP allowlisting. You pay for scale, never for access.

How does the trial work?

21 days of full Pro access with no credit card required. At the end you can subscribe to Pro, drop to Free (your work stays intact, automation pauses), or talk to us about Enterprise.

What counts as a premium connection?

Any source beyond files and standard databases: SaaS apps, APIs and cloud warehouses. Each source counts as one connection regardless of how many tables you read from it. Files, spreadsheets, MySQL, PostgreSQL and SQL Server don't count at all.

What happens if I downgrade?

Your work and dashboards stay intact. Automation pauses if the new plan doesn't include the schedule you were using, and storage over the new limit becomes read-only until you're back under it.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

It's retained for 90 days on paid plans and 30 days on Free, so you have time to export, then it's deleted.

How is AI usage billed?

It's included with fair-use limits by plan. If you're heading over, we email you in advance. You won't be billed for overage by surprise.

Can we pay monthly instead of annually?

The prices shown are for annual billing. Monthly billing is available at a higher rate. Talk to sales for a quote.
