Billed annually, per workspace — you save $480 a year against monthly. Viewers are free and unlimited on every plan.
Every account starts on Pro for 14 days, at 10 GB. No card, whichever plan you picked above. The trial lifts what your workspace can do, not how much it can hold. On day 15 you land on that plan. Nothing is deleted, and anything Pro was doing pauses rather than breaks.

The part that changes the maths
Put a dashboard in front of the whole company. Pay nothing more.
Builders are counted — the people connecting sources, building pipelines and publishing. Viewers are not, and neither is a warehouse pulling an export or an application calling the API. Everywhere else, dashboard access is a per-seat line item, and it is usually what decides whether the work reaches everyone or only the people who could justify a licence.

We count what we hold, not what we look at. Data read live from your own warehouse does not count against your storage. Row figures are a guide rather than a second limit — they assume about a kilobyte a row, so wide tables use more and narrow ones less. AI dashboard generations and Viewer Q&A are the numbered allowances, both in the table above; AI transforms and PDF extraction are not metered.
