What is a Salesforce dashboard template?

A Salesforce dashboard template is a ready-made dashboard for your Salesforce data with the numbers and charts already chosen. This one covers opportunities: connect Salesforce and it fills in with closed won amount, open pipeline, win rate and deal size, by month, stage and lead source. It updates from Salesforce, so the pipeline review starts from current numbers.

Salesforce dashboard template questions

What should a Salesforce sales dashboard include?
Closed won amount, open pipeline, win rate and average deal size at the top, then the amount won by month, open pipeline by stage and the amount won by lead source. Add days to close or results by owner when you need to find out why a number moved.
How is win rate worked out on this dashboard?
Opportunities won divided by opportunities closed, won or lost. Open opportunities do not count against it.
How do I use this Salesforce dashboard template?
Connect Salesforce to Mammoth, or upload a Salesforce opportunities report export as a CSV or Excel file. Then paste the template sentence from the top of this page. Mammoth builds the same numbers and charts from your data.
Is the template free?
The template is free to copy. Building it from an uploaded Salesforce opportunities report export works on Mammoth's free plan. Connecting your Salesforce account directly needs a paid plan.
Can I change the template?
Yes. Ask for the change in plain words, such as "add clicks by device" or "show last month only", and Mammoth updates the dashboard.
Can Mammoth connect to Salesforce directly?
Yes. Salesforce is one of Mammoth's 100+ tested connectors, so the dashboard reads your account rather than an export.
How often does the dashboard update?
Each refresh pulls the latest Salesforce data and every number and chart updates. Daily on Team and every 3 hours on Pro, with no copying and pasting.
Can I combine Salesforce with other sources?
Yes. Connect Salesforce alongside GA4, a CRM or a spreadsheet, join them in Mammoth, and build one dashboard across all of them, for example ad spend against the deals it produced.
Can I share it with clients?
Yes. Share a link or have it emailed on a schedule, and viewers are free on every plan. On the Mammoth Pro plan you can put your own logo and domain on it.
Is the data on this page real?
No. It is sample data for an invented brand, in the same columns a Salesforce opportunities report export uses. The dashboard itself is real: it was built in Mammoth, and you can open it live.
