Your two options

Two ways to connect Google Ads to your AI assistant

Mammoth answers questions about Google Ads and your other data. Google's own server works inside Google Ads. You can add both to the same assistant.

Option 1

Mammoth

Ask about Google Ads and your other data. Mammoth calculates the answer, so the numbers are exact. Included on every plan.

You ask
“How much did each campaign spend last month?”
Option 2

Google's own server

Reads live Google Ads data. Can't change bids or pause campaigns. You run and host it yourself.

You ask
“Show this week's clicks for my brand campaign.”

Option 1 · Mammoth

What you can ask about your Google Ads campaigns

More questions, by team

Pick your team, then copy a question into Claude or ChatGPT.

ClaudeChatGPTVS Code
  • How many conversions did each campaign get last month?
  • What did we spend on each ad group this week?
  • How many clicks did we get each day last week?
  • Which search terms cost the most last month?

Copy a question and paste it into your assistant once Mammoth is connected.

Option 1 · Mammoth

Ask about Google Ads and your other data together

Connect Google Ads and any of Mammoth’s 100+ other sources, like Shopify, Jira or Salesforce. Join them once in Mammoth, and your assistant can answer questions that cover all of them.

Example: Google Ads with Shopify

How did our Google Ads spend compare with Shopify revenue each week?

Google Ads holds the spend and Shopify holds the revenue. Mammoth lines them up by week.

Common questions about Google Ads MCP

Is there an official Google Ads MCP server?
Yes. Google publishes a free, open-source Google Ads MCP server. It can only read your data, and you run it yourself, on your computer or on Google Cloud. Use it to work inside Google Ads. Use Mammoth to ask questions across Google Ads and your other data.
Is the Google Ads MCP server read-only?
Yes. Google's server can read your Google Ads data but can't change bids, pause campaigns or create assets.
How does my assistant get to my Google Ads data?
You connect Google Ads to Mammoth once. Mammoth keeps a copy of the data and updates it on demand or on a schedule. Your assistant asks Mammoth, not Google Ads.
Are the numbers right?
Yes. Mammoth calculates totals, counts and averages itself and gives your assistant the result. The AI model doesn't add up the rows.
Which AI assistants work with it?
Claude on the web, Claude Desktop and Claude Code, ChatGPT, and VS Code. Cursor can't sign in yet, so use the Mammoth CLI there.
What does it cost?
The MCP server is on every Mammoth plan, including Free. Connecting Google Ads needs a paid plan.
Do I paste a password or API key into the chat?
No. You connect Google Ads inside Mammoth and sign in to Mammoth from your assistant. No password passes through the model.
Can my assistant change things by mistake?
Every tool is labelled as read-only, a change you can undo, or one that deletes or sends data out. You can set your assistant to ask you before it uses anything that isn't read-only.

Ask your AI assistant about your Google Ads campaigns.
