Questions about emailing the agent

Do I need a Mammoth account?

No. Your first 2 requests are answered by email, follow-ups included. Then you open your free workspace in one click, with no password. Workspaces that aren't opened are deleted after 7 days.

I already use Mammoth. How do I start?

Link your email address in Profile Settings, under Email the agent.

What files can I send?

PDF, Word, PowerPoint, images, CSV, TSV, text and Excel files, up to 25 MB per email.

Does it email me back a spreadsheet?

No. You get a written answer and a link to your tables in Mammoth.

Who gets the reply?

Only you. People on Cc don't.

Can it change my dashboards?

It can create new things. Changes to existing work wait for you to approve them in Mammoth.

How long does it take?

If an answer takes more than 20 seconds, you get an "On it" email first.
