“show every hubspot deal by month, with sales velocity as open deals x win rate x average deal size / sales cycle days; Status says "Agrees" for normal rows, else duplicate or future-close-date issue”

How do you check pipeline velocity by month?

Export your deals from HubSpot and upload the file. Then set the rule for pipeline velocity, for example open deals times win rate times average deal size divided by sales cycle days, and group the results by month. The sheet will mark normal rows as Agrees and flag rows that do not match, such as duplicates or future close date issues.

Deal velocity by month: questions

What export should I use?
Use an export of deal rows from HubSpot, with the fields needed for your rule, such as deal stage, close date, deal size, and any month field you want to review.
What happens to rows that do not match?
Rows that do not match the rule are flagged with a status so you can review them. For this workflow, that can include issues like duplicate rows or future close dates.
How do I change the rules?
Change the rule in words, using the fields in your file. You can rewrite the formula, adjust which rows count, or change the grouping, then run the file again.
