Instagram report template questions

What should an Instagram report include?

Reach, views, likes, saves and an engagement rate at the top, then reach by month and results by type of post. Add follower growth or top posts when you need to find out why a number moved.

How do I export Instagram data?

In Meta Business Suite, open Insights, then Content, choose Instagram and the date range, and export the post data as a CSV.

How do I use this Instagram report template?

Not with a ready-made connector, so this template reads an export. Upload a new Meta Business Suite post export when you want the numbers brought up to date.

Can I combine Instagram with other sources?

Yes. Upload the Meta Business Suite post export and connect GA4, an ad account or a CRM alongside it, join them in Mammoth, and build one dashboard across all of them.

Can I share it with clients?
