What should an email marketing dashboard include?

Emails delivered, open rate, click rate, unsubscribe rate and revenue at the top, then rates by month and results by type of email. Add bounces or revenue per email when you need to find out why a number moved.

How are open rate and click rate worked out?

Unique opens and unique clicks divided by emails delivered, the way Mailchimp reports them. Opens include machine opens from privacy features, so click rate is the steadier number to compare.

How do I use this Mailchimp report template?
