YouTube report template questions

What should a YouTube report include?
Views, watch time, subscribers gained and revenue at the top, then views by month and results by video and by series. Add average view duration or traffic sources when you need to find out why a number moved.
How do I export data from YouTube Studio?
In YouTube Studio, open Analytics, choose Advanced mode, set the date range, break the table down by date and video, and use Export current view to download a CSV.
How do I use this YouTube report template?
Export your data from YouTube as a CSV or Excel file and upload it to Mammoth. Then paste the template sentence from the top of this page. Mammoth builds the same numbers and charts from your data.
Is the template free?
Yes. The template is free to copy, and building it from an uploaded YouTube Studio export works on Mammoth's free plan.
Can I change the template?
Yes. Ask for the change in plain words, such as "add clicks by device" or "show last month only", and Mammoth updates the dashboard.
Can Mammoth connect to YouTube directly?
Not with a ready-made connector, so this template reads an export. Upload a new YouTube Studio export when you want the numbers brought up to date.
Can I combine YouTube with other sources?
Yes. Upload the YouTube Studio export and connect GA4, an ad account or a CRM alongside it, join them in Mammoth, and build one dashboard across all of them.
Can I share it with clients?
Yes. Share a link or have it emailed on a schedule, and viewers are free on every plan. On the Mammoth Pro plan you can put your own logo and domain on it.
Is the data on this page real?
No. It is sample data for an invented brand, in the same columns a YouTube Studio export uses. The dashboard itself is real: it was built in Mammoth, and you can open it live.
