How do you score our leads on company size, job title and pages viewed using my points table and list the hot ones?

Export your HubSpot contacts, then use your points table for company size, job title, and pages viewed. The workflow adds the points for each lead, then shows the total and the Status for each row. Leads that match all rules and have no missing values are marked Agrees.

How it works

How to use the Lead score check workflow

  1. 1Get early accessWe invite people in small batches, job by job. You'll land on this workflow, already built and checked on the sample files.
  2. 2Swap in your exportsUpload your own files as they come out of your tools. The agent checks the workflow on your rows.
  3. 3Change it in words, then turn it onSay what to change and see the new result before anything saves. Then choose when it runs.

Lead score check: questions

What export should I use?
Use a HubSpot contacts export with the fields you need for the rules, including company size, job title, and pages viewed.
What happens if a lead does not match a rule?
That row stays in the result, but it does not get points for the missing or unmatched rule. If a required value is missing, the status shows that the rule is missing.
How do I change the scoring rules?
Edit the words and values in your points table, then export a fresh file and run the workflow again. You can change the ranges and labels for company size, job title, and pages viewed.
