What is market basket analysis?
Market basket analysis finds products that appear in the same orders more often than chance. Support is the share of orders with both, confidence the share of one product's orders that include the other, and lift how much more often than chance.

Market basket analysis: questions
What does a lift of 2 mean?
The two products are bought together twice as often as they would be if people chose them independently. Above 1 is a real pull; below 1 they tend not to share a basket.
Does it update by itself?
Yes. The template becomes an ordinary workflow in Mammoth. When your data refreshes, from a connector, a scheduled pull or a new file, every step runs again and the result table updates.
Can I change the steps?
Every step is an ordinary Mammoth step you can open and edit. Mammoth remembers which steps came from the template, so an update never overwrites your changes.
Do my column names have to match?
No. You point the template at your columns once. Mammoth suggests a match for each one and asks only when it is unsure.
