Someone typed

“show every week’s stripe charges, with Status that says "Agrees" when the charge went through and they didn’t pay again later, else a short reason like declined or paid again later”

The agent read it as

Show every week’s Stripe charges, with Status that says "Agrees" when the charge went through and they didn’t pay again later, else a short reason like declined or paid again later

How do you list failed Stripe payments each week?

Export your Stripe charges from Stripe each week, including the decline reason and payment status. Mammoth checks each charge and marks it as Agrees when the charge went through and the customer did not pay again later, or with a short reason such as declined or paid again later.

How it works

  2. 2Swap in your exportsUpload your own files as they come out of your tools. The agent checks the workflow on your rows.
  3. 3Change it in words, then turn it onSay what to change and see the new result before anything saves. Then choose when it runs.

Weekly charge status: questions

Which Stripe export should you use?
Use a charges export from Stripe. Include the fields that show the charge status, decline reason, customer, and payment date or time so the workflow can compare rows.
What happens to rows that do not match the rule?
They stay in the output with a status that explains why they do not match, such as declined or paid again later. Rows that do match are marked Agrees.
How do you change the rule in words?
Change the words that describe the status you want. For example, you can ask for charges that failed, charges that were paid later, or a different reason label for each row.
