Databox Pricing 2026: Every Plan, and What the 4th User Costs
Databox is free for one user, then $71 to $319 a month billed yearly. The plans are sized by users and data sources, and the jump that catches teams out is the fourth login.
Databox pricing runs from a free plan for one person to $319 a month for a team of ten, billed yearly. There are no per-seat fees in the usual sense. Instead each plan comes with a fixed number of users and data sources, so the price moves in steps, and the step most teams hit first is small: a fourth person who needs a login.

The short answer
Databox has a Free plan (1 user, 3 data sources, 1 dashboard), Analyst at $71 a month (1 user, 5 sources), Team Core at $199 (3 users, 10 sources) and Team Scale at $319 (10 users, 30 sources), all billed yearly. Monthly billing costs 25% more: Team Core is $249 and Team Scale $399. Agency starts at $79 a month with unlimited users, plus $20 per client pack. Every paid plan has a 14-day trial with no card.
Databox plans and prices
| Plan | Billed yearly | Users | Data sources | AI credits a month | Sync |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 1 | 3 | 50 | Daily |
| Analyst | $71/month | 1 | 5 | 150 | Hourly |
| Team Core | $199/month | 3 | 10 | 500 | Hourly |
| Team Scale | $319/month | 10 | 30 | 1,000 | Hourly |
| Agency | from $79/month, plus client packs | Unlimited | 20, plus 5 per pack | 300, plus 50 per pack | Hourly |
| Custom | Quote | More | More | Flexible | Hourly |
Databox says yearly billing saves 20%, which is the same as saying monthly billing costs 25% more. Its own FAQ gives the monthly rates for Team Core ($249), Team Scale ($399) and Agency ($99, with client packs at $25).
The Free plan is a real plan rather than a trial: one user, three data sources, one dashboard and ten custom metrics, synced daily. Analyst lifts the dashboard limit, and Team is where a second person can log in.
What counts as a data source
This is the limit that decides the plan for most teams, and it counts more than you might expect. Databox defines a data source as “a specific dataset, account, property, or view.” The integration itself is a connection, and one connection can hold several sources.
So one Google Analytics connection with three website properties is three data sources, not one. A marketing team with two GA4 properties, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot and Search Console is at seven sources before anyone has built a dashboard, which is already past Analyst’s five.
You can’t buy single sources. Databox’s FAQ says adding sources “means moving up a plan tier,” except on Agency, where they come in client packs of five.
The fourth-user jump
Team Core includes three users. Team Scale includes ten. There is nothing in between, so the fourth person who needs a login moves the account from $199 to $319 a month:
| Team | Plan needed | Per month (yearly) | Per year |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 analyst, 5 sources | Analyst | $71 | $852 |
| 3 people, 10 sources | Team Core | $199 | $2,388 |
| 4 people, 10 sources | Team Scale | $319 | $3,828 |
| 11 people, any sources | Custom | Quote | Quote |
That fourth login costs $1,440 a year. For a team that grows from three to ten, Scale is fair value. For a team of four, it is paying for six empty seats.
The paid add-ons
Databox lists add-ons that work on any plan, priced monthly:
- AI credit top-up: $200 a month, for teams that use Genie, Databox’s AI analyst, more heavily than the plan allows.
- Branding and white-labelling: $80 a month, to replace Databox’s logo, colours and domain with your own.
- Advanced security management: $40 a month, to enforce SSO and two-factor authentication and review logins.
White-labelling matters most to agencies. On Agency with a handful of clients, it can add more to the bill than the client packs do.
Databox Agency pricing
Agency starts at $79 a month billed yearly ($99 monthly) and includes unlimited users, 20 data sources and 300 AI credits. Each client pack adds one client, five data sources and 50 AI credits for $20 a month billed yearly ($25 monthly).
An agency with ten clients, each on five sources, needs roughly 50 sources. That is the base plan’s 20 plus six packs, so $79 + $120 = $199 a month billed yearly, or $2,388 a year before white-labelling.
Is Databox worth the price?
For one person tracking KPIs from well-known tools, the Free plan and Analyst are good value, and the setup is quick. The pricing gets awkward in two places: when a team has more data sources than its plan allows, and when a fourth person needs in.
Both of those are the point where Mammoth prices differently. Viewers are free and unlimited on every Mammoth plan, so the people who only read a dashboard never count toward the bill, and paid plans start at $39/month billed annually. Data from several sources gets cleaned and joined in the same workspace before it reaches the dashboard. See Mammoth’s pricing page for the plans, or our Databox alternatives guide for the wider field, sorted by the job each tool does.
