Someone typed

“show each product from the shopify orders and refunds for the last 90 days, calculate refund rate from refunded amount versus sales, and mark agrees for matched refunds, duplicate refund, or unmatched refund”

The agent read it as

show each product from the Shopify Orders and Shopify Refunds for the last 90 days, calculate refund rate from refunded amount versus sales, and mark agrees for matched refunds, duplicate refund, or unmatched refund

How do you calculate refund rate by product?

Export your Shopify Orders and Shopify Refunds files, then upload them to Mammoth. It totals sales by product, totals refunds by product, and calculates refund rate from refunded amount versus sales for the last 90 days. You can also see matched refunds, duplicate refunds, and unmatched refunds.

Product refund review: questions

Which export files should I use?
Use the orders export and the refunds export from Shopify. The workflow reads the rows in those files and builds the result from them.
What happens to rows that do not match?
Rows that do not match stay visible as unmatched rows. The workflow can also mark duplicate rows when the same refund appears more than once.
How do I change the rules?
Edit the step in words, then rerun the workflow. You can change the date range, the grouping, the matching rules, or the sort order.
