Someone typed

“show every product at each shop with on hand, last 4 weeks of sales deduped, and weeks of cover; use status Agrees unless it’s duplicate sales, negative stock, or low cover”

The agent read it as

show every product at each shop with on hand, last 4 weeks of sales deduped, and weeks of cover; use status Agrees unless it’s duplicate sales, negative stock, or low cover from Shopify inventory by location, Shopify orders, and Shopify products

How do you build a Shopify inventory report?

Export your Shopify inventory by location, orders, and products files, then upload them to Mammoth. The workflow dedupes recent sales, adds product names, totals sales, and sets a status for each product at each location. Rows with duplicate sales, negative stock, or low cover do not stay as Agrees.

How it works

How to use the Shop product cover workflow

  1. 1Get early accessWe invite people in small batches, job by job. You'll land on this workflow, already built and checked on the sample files.
  2. 2Swap in your exportsUpload your own files as they come out of your tools. The agent checks the workflow on your rows.
  3. 3Change it in words, then turn it onSay what to change and see the new result before anything saves. Then choose when it runs.

Shop product cover: questions

Which Shopify export should you use?
Use the inventory by location export, the orders export, and the products export. Those files give the stock, sales, and product details needed for the report.
What happens to rows that do not match?
Rows that do not match the rules get a different status, such as Duplicate sales, negative stock, or low cover. Only rows that fit the rules stay as Agrees.
How do you change the rules?
Edit the rule words in the workflow steps, such as the dedupe rule, the sales window, or the status conditions. Then run the workflow again on fresh exported files.
