Docparser Pricing 2026: Plans, Credits and What a Page Costs

Docparser charges in parsing credits, and one credit is one document of up to five pages. Plans run from $39 to $159 a month, so the price that matters is what each document costs you.

Docparser pricing runs from $39 a month on Starter to $159 on Business, with Enterprise by quote. Every plan is a bucket of parsing credits, and one credit is one document of up to five pages. So the useful comparison is not the monthly fee but what each document costs, and that ranges from 39 cents to 16.

The short answer

Docparser has three self-serve plans: Starter at $39 a month for 100 credits, Professional at $74 for 250 and Business at $159 for 1,000. Billed yearly they are $32.50, $61.50 and $133 a month, with the credits granted for the year. One credit parses one document of up to five pages, so a 12-page invoice pack uses three. Every plan has a 14-day free trial with no card.

A parser is a set of extraction rules for one document layout. Fifteen parsers on Starter means fifteen different invoice or statement formats. For a business receiving documents from many suppliers, the parser limit can bite before the credit limit does.

How Docparser credits work

One credit covers one document of up to five pages. A one-page invoice uses a credit. So does a five-page one. A six-page bank statement uses two.

That makes the cost per page swing with your documents. On Starter billed monthly, 100 one-page receipts cost 39 cents each. The same 100 credits can cover 500 pages of five-page statements, which is under 8 cents a page. Before choosing a plan, count documents and their page lengths for a typical month, not pages alone.

What each plan adds

Starter covers PDF, Word and image files, exports to Excel, CSV, JSON and XML, the Google Sheets integration and connections to Docparser’s other integrations.

Professional adds team and managed users, Smart Tables for extracting table rows, multi-factor authentication and one free parsing setup done by Docparser’s team.

Business adds priority parsing and priority support, and includes parser version control and multi-layout parsers, which are paid extras on the lower plans.

Enterprise adds unlimited parsers, extended document retention and a white-labelling licence.

The paid add-ons

Several features are extras below Business. Monthly-billing prices, with the yearly-billing rate in brackets:

Add-onPriceIncluded on
Multi-factor authentication$5.95/month ($5.00)Professional and up
Parser version control$9.95/month ($8.33)Business and up
Extended document retention$19.95/month ($16.62)Enterprise
Multi-layout parsers$29.95/month ($25.00)Business and up
Parsing Assistant (Docparser builds a parser for you)$149 per layoutNot included on any plan

The Parsing Assistant is the one to budget for. Several reviewers on Docparser’s own page say they paid for setup because the parsing rules take time to learn, and at $149 a layout, five supplier formats is $745 before the first month’s fee.

What Docparser costs a real team

WorkloadPlanPer year
80 one-page supplier invoices a monthStarter, yearly$390
200 invoices a month, two people, 6 supplier layouts built by DocparserProfessional, yearly, plus 5 Parsing Assistant layouts$738 + $745 = $1,483
800 statements a month, 20 layouts, version control neededBusiness, yearly$1,596

Professional includes one free parsing setup, so six layouts need five paid ones. Excludes tax.

What Docparser does not do

Docparser gets the data out of the document. What happens next is up to you. The rows land in a spreadsheet, a webhook or a Zapier step, and if they need matching to your ledger, deduplicating or joining to other data, that is a separate job in a separate tool.

That is the gap Mammoth covers. Extracted rows can be cleaned, joined to your other sources and published as a dashboard in one workspace, with viewers free and unlimited on every plan. For a single table out of a single PDF, Mammoth’s free PDF to CSV converter may be all you need. For the wider field, our Docparser alternatives guide compares the other extraction tools.
