Free tool
JPG to Excel. No account needed.
Want a CSV rather than a spreadsheet? Use the image converter.
What you get
Ungated, and it deletes your file.
This tool is the front door to Mammoth. Use it on its own, or carry the extracted data into a pipeline that runs every week.
No account required
Upload and extract straight away. Your image is processed and deleted within an hour.
One step, not two
Most of the results on this search convert your JPG to a PDF first and then convert the PDF to Excel. This reads the image directly. Fewer conversions is fewer places for a column to move.
You get a CSV, and Excel opens it
The file that comes back is a CSV, not an .xlsx workbook. Double-click and it lands in a sheet; Save As gives you .xlsx if you need one. This is the same extractor as our image to CSV page, pointed at the Excel job — worth knowing before you upload rather than after.
Try it on the screenshot in front of you
Drop in a JPG, PNG, WEBP or HEIC. The AI finds the table, reads the rows and columns, and hands back a CSV you can open in Excel.
Doing this every month? Turn it into a pipeline that runs itself.
Questions people ask
Excel can do this itself, can't it?
Do I get an .xlsx file?
Why not convert the JPG to a PDF first?
How accurate is it?
What about a screenshot rather than a photo?
I have forty of these every month.
Extracting once is useful. Extracting every week is the point.
Bring the output into Mammoth to clean it, join it to everything else, and have it delivered on a schedule.
