The agent read it as

How do you reconcile Ramp transactions with NetSuite?

Card register match: questions

What export should I use?
Use the Ramp export for card transactions and the NetSuite export for the credit card register. The workflow reads the exported files, then compares the rows from each one.
What happens to rows that do not match?
Rows that do not line up by merchant, date, and amount stay in the result with a status. They are marked Missing match, Amount mismatch, or Extra register line so you can review them.
How do I change the matching rules?
You can change the rules by editing the steps in the workflow. For example, you can change which text fields are lowered, how rows are joined, and which fields decide the status.
