How do you compare invoice price variance to PO price?

Export your vendor bills and purchase orders from NetSuite, then load the files into the workflow. It matches invoice lines to PO lines, brings in the PO rate, and flags each line as Agrees, Over-rate, or Duplicate line. You can then list the lines billed above the PO price.

Vendor bill rate flags: questions

What export should I use?
Use exported spreadsheet files from the system that holds your supplier invoices and purchase orders. The workflow reads those exported rows and compares the line items it finds.
What happens to rows that do not match?
Rows that do not find a clear match are still shown, but they are flagged so you can review them. They are not dropped from the workflow.
How do I change the matching rules?
You change the rules in words by telling the workflow what fields to compare and what status to assign when values match or differ. For example, you can adjust which columns define the invoice line, the PO line, and the over-rate check.
