Domo Pricing 2026: Credits, Costs and What a Year Runs
Domo's site says pay for what you use, but its own AWS listing has a number: $30,000 a year at $3.25 a credit. What a credit buys, and how fast you spend them.

What Domo Costs
Domo's own site lists two options and no figures: a 30-day free trial, and "Custom Pricing" through sales. The only published price is Domo's listing on AWS Marketplace:

Domo's pricing guide says the price per credit falls as you commit to a larger pool or a longer contract. So $3.25 is the entry rate, and a bigger deal should come in under it.
What a Credit Buys
These are Domo's published rates from its pricing model page:

Domo's AI and workflow tools use credits too, at rates Domo shows on the Rate Card inside the product.
Domo doesn't charge for how many people log in. That's why it can offer unlimited users: the bill comes from how often your data moves, not from who looks at it.
How Fast a Team Spends Credits
The refresh schedule decides most of the bill. Two examples, using Domo's rates above:
Ten sources, refreshed once a day. Each source loads one table and feeds one dataflow, so that's 20 credits a day, or about 7,300 a year. Five million stored rows adds 60 more. That fits inside the $30,000 tier's 9,230 credits.
The same ten sources, refreshed every hour of an eight-hour workday. That's 160 credits a day, or about 58,400 a year. At $3.25 a credit that's around $190,000, more than six times the entry tier, unless a larger commitment brings the rate down.
So before you ask for a quote, count your sources and decide how fresh each one needs to be. The same dashboards can cost several times more if every table refreshes hourly.

- Run the trial on real data. Connect your actual sources and set the refresh schedule you'd use, then check Domo's credit usage view. That's your best estimate of annual credits.
- Request the quote through Domo's pricing page, and ask these in writing:
- How many credits does the contract include, and at what price per credit?
- What happens if we run out before the year ends, and what do extra credits cost?
- Do unused credits roll over? Domo's pricing page says they refresh each billing cycle under your agreement.
- What do the AI features we plan to use cost in credits?
- What happens to the price at renewal?
When Domo Makes Sense
You want everything in one place. Domo connects, transforms, stores and shows data in one platform, so you aren't buying three tools.
Lots of people need to look, few need to build. With unlimited users, a company-wide rollout doesn't add seat costs.
Your data changes slowly. If daily refreshes are enough, the credit bill stays predictable.
When to Look Elsewhere
If your data needs refreshing every hour, credits add up fast, as the example above shows. For comparison, per-seat tools don't charge by refresh: Power BI Pro is $14 a user a month and a Tableau Creator is $75 a user a month, both billed annually.
