How do you reconcile HubSpot deals with Stripe invoices?

Export your closed won deals from HubSpot and your invoices from Stripe. Mammoth keeps the closed won deals, adds a company key, matches the invoice by amount, and adds a Status column. When the amount matches, the status says Agrees. When it does not, you get a short reason to check.

Deal invoice matches: questions

Which export should you use from HubSpot and Stripe?
Use a HubSpot export of deals that includes closed won deals, and a Stripe export of invoices that includes invoice amounts and a company key or other matching field if you have one.
What happens to rows that do not find a match?
They stay in the result with a status that explains the issue, such as No matching invoice. Rows that do match are marked Agrees.
How do you change the matching rules?
You change the rules in words by editing the workflow steps, such as which deals to keep, which key to use, and how to match the invoice. If you want a different check, you can change the status rule and rerun the file.
