How do you reconcile Salesforce closed-won deals with QuickBooks invoices?

Export closed-won opportunities from Salesforce and invoices from QuickBooks, then upload both files to Mammoth. It matches deals by customer and amount, shows invoice details beside each deal, and flags each row as Agrees, Never invoiced, or Duplicate invoice. Use the rules to normalize customer names first, then join the invoice file and set the match status.

  2. 2Swap in your exportsUpload your own files as they come out of your tools. The agent checks the workflow on your rows.

Deal invoice matches: questions

What export should I use from Salesforce and QuickBooks?
Use a Salesforce export of closed-won opportunities and a QuickBooks export of invoices. The workflow reads the rows from those files and compares them by the fields you choose.
What happens when a deal does not match an invoice?
The row stays in the output with its status set to Never invoiced. If more than one invoice matches the same deal, the row is marked Duplicate invoice.
How do I change the matching rules?
Edit the step names in plain words, such as normalizing customer names, joining invoices, or flagging match status. You can change which columns are used for customer and amount matching by updating the rules in the workflow.
