Inventory status check: questions

Which exports should you use?
Use a Shopify inventory export and a ShipBob warehouse on hand by SKU export. The rows need a SKU column and a stock count column in each file.
What happens when a SKU does not match?
If the SKU is in both files, the workflow compares the counts and labels the row Agrees, Shortage, or Missing warehouse. If a SKU appears in only one file, it still shows up as a mismatch based on the rules you set.
How do you change the comparison rules?
Edit the written steps for the match and status rules. You can change which columns are compared, what counts as a mismatch, and how the status labels are assigned.
