Each of these is a Mammoth template, captured as it renders on the sample dataset it ships with, so every figure on them is illustrative rather than a business result. All five run on the same 792-row stock dataset, which is the point: they are five questions about one set of numbers, not five systems.

Which of this stock is working, and which is money sitting still?
Stock value over time on the first page and movement on the second, cut by category and site. Turns and cover sit on the same strip as value deliberately — stock that is worth a lot and moves slowly is a different problem from stock that is worth a lot because it sells.

Inventory Valuation
Where is the money tied up, and what does a unit of it cost?
What the stock is worth month by month, with held set against sold and unit cost broken out by category. The last chart plots unit cost against how much we hold, which is where an expensive line quietly carrying most of the balance becomes visible.

Stock Health & Reorder
What needs reordering before it runs dry?
What has fallen below its reorder point, by category, with cover plotted against turns so a line that looks short but barely moves is not treated as urgent. Lines in stock are shown against lines out — the count that says whether this is a handful of lines or a systemic gap.

Slow & Aged Stock
What has stopped moving, and what is it costing to hold?
Where the dead money sits, by category and site, with how long each category would last at its current rate. Value is split above and below the reorder point, which separates stock that is merely slow from stock that is both slow and overstocked.

Warehouse Performance
Is each site keeping up, and which one is running short?
Intake against despatch site by site, with turns and days of supply per site rather than a network total. The cover spread within each site is the chart that matters most: a site can hold healthy average cover while a third of its lines are about to run out.

Design notes
What makes an inventory dashboard worth opening
Four things the examples above have in common. They matter more than which chart you pick.
Turns is the number that ties them together
Inventory Turns is the one metric on all five of these strips. Value tells you how much is tied up and units tell you how much is there, but only turns says whether it is working — which is why a valuation dashboard and a reorder dashboard both carry it despite answering opposite questions.
Too much and too little are one chart
Overstock and stockout are usually reported separately and are the same failure of forecasting seen from two ends. Slow & Aged Stock plots overstocked against running short on a single chart, and Stock Health sets cover against turns, so a line that looks short but barely moves is not treated as urgent.
Value and units are different questions
A category can hold a fifth of the units and half the money. Three of these carry inventory value and units on hand on the same strip, and Inventory Valuation adds unit cost and plots it against how much is held — which is where an expensive line quietly carrying the balance shows up.
It resolves to a site or a line
A network total is nobody's job. Almost every chart here lands on a site or a product line — movement by site, cover spread within each site, which lines hold the value, value above and below the reorder point — because those are the units a warehouse or a buyer can actually act on.
