Workspace management

A workspace is your dedicated environment in Mammoth Analytics. It's where you manage your data, projects, team members, billing, and settings, isolated from other workspaces.

This section is for Workspace Owners and team leads. Start with Creating a workspace if you have no workspace yet, or Workspace settings to manage an existing one.

Key concepts

What is a workspace?

A workspace is an isolated environment in Mammoth Analytics. Each workspace has:

  • Its own data: Datasets, projects, and transformations are separate
  • Independent users: Each workspace manages its own team members and roles
  • Separate billing: Plans and costs are tracked per workspace
  • Isolated settings: Configurations don't affect other workspaces you own

You can belong to multiple workspaces, and you can switch between them anytime using the workspace dropdown (top-left of the app).

Workspace Owner and Workspace Member roles

RolePermissions
Workspace OwnerFull control: create/delete workspaces, invite users, manage plans, access all settings, manage projects
Workspace MemberLimited control: access assigned projects, view workspace info, participate in team features (exact permissions depend on project role)

See the roles and permissions matrix for every permission by role.
