Google Ads connector
This page shows how to connect Mammoth to Google Ads and bring your advertising data in as a dataset, so you can blend ad spend with sales or CRM data. You sign in with Google; there are no keys to copy.
Which connectors you can add depends on your plan.
What you need before connecting Google Ads
- A Google account with access to the Google Ads account you want to report on
Connect Google Ads
- Open the Connectors launcher and click Google Ads (see Add a connector).
- In the chat, click the button to sign in with Google and allow Mammoth access.
- Choose account: pick the Google Ads account to read. Mammoth lists accounts that are open and have client accounts; closed accounts are left out.
Pick Google Ads data and save a dataset
- In Tables, open a table and tick the columns you want. They gather in Your table.
- Click Preview 100 rows to check the data.
- Click Save as dataset, name it, and choose Daily or Manual under Keep it up to date.
You can also ask the agent in the chat for the report you want.
Google Ads update methods
After you save, a Google Ads dataset's Update method offers two options: Replace all data or Add to existing data. Google Ads refreshes don't use a key column.
Troubleshoot Google Ads
- Account not listed: Mammoth shows only accounts that are open and have client accounts. Check the account's status in Google Ads, and that you signed in with a Google account that can see it.
