Your agent

The AI Agent is available on Enterprise plans.

Your agent is one page for what the agent knows about you, what it answers from, and what it sends you. Its own line says: "What I know about you, what I answer from, and what I send you. Correct anything here, or just tell me in a chat."

Everything on the page is yours: each person in the workspace has their own.

Open Your agent

Your agent is in the left sidebar in Ask mode. Switch to Ask first if you're in Build (see Ask mode). It isn't in the Build sidebar.

The page has two tabs: About you and Alerts. The Alerts tab shows how many alerts you have.

If the page can't load, you see "Couldn't load My agent."

What I know about you

This section lists every fact the agent uses about you, each with where it came from:

FactExample
Your role"You're the finance lead."
Why you use Mammoth"You use Mammoth to track monthly collections."
What you keep track of"You keep track of Customers who might leave: renewing in 90 days."
In your wordsWhat you told the agent when you set up, in quotes
Other factsAnything you told it, or it worked out from your questions

Under each fact, a line says where it came from, for example "You told me in a chat, 3 Nov", "You added it here, 3 Nov", "From your questions, 3 Nov" or "You told me when you set up, 3 Nov".

With nothing yet, it reads "Nothing yet. As you ask, I'll note what you care about here, and you can correct it." and asks "Or tell me now: what do you check first each week?"

Correct or forget a fact

ActionWhat it does
EditChange the fact, then Save or Cancel
ForgetRemoves the fact. You see "Forgotten." with Undo to bring it back
Tell me something to remember…Type a new fact (up to 300 characters) and click Add

To change what you keep track of, click Edit on one of those facts. Each line has a What (for example "Customers who might leave") and a What counts (for example "renewing in 90 days"). Click + Add something to track to add another, or the delete icon to remove one.

You can also just tell the agent in a chat ("I'm the finance lead now"). It updates this page.

If a change can't be saved, you see "Couldn't save that change."

Guesses from your questions

Once you've asked a few questions, the agent may guess something about you from them. A guess shows "My guess from your questions. Is this right?" with Yes and No. Yes keeps it as a fact. No removes it. A guess isn't used until you say yes. At most three guesses wait for you at once.

What I answer from

This line says what Ask answers from, for example Everything you can read, or the projects and tables you chose. Click Change to pick the tables. See Ask mode.

What I send you

Today page

Shows how your Today page is made, for example "Rewritten when your data refreshes · the blocks your agent suggested", or the number of blocks you chose. Click Open Today → to see it. See Today.

Email digest

The email digest sends your Today page to your inbox on a schedule. It's off until you turn it on ("Off. Turn it on to get your Today page in your inbox."). Click Change:

OptionChoices
How oftenNot sent, Weekly, Every weekday or Every day
DayFor Weekly: Monday to Sunday (Monday by default)
TimeAny hour, 12 AM to 11 PM (8 AM by default), in your browser's time zone
WhereEmail, Slack, or both. Slack is available once Slack is connected for the workspace

Click Save. The line then reads, for example, "Every weekday, 8 AM, to Email: your Today page in your inbox."

Alerts

Shows how many alerts you have, checked when their tables refresh. Click Open Alerts → to go to the Alerts tab. With none, it reads "None yet. Use the bell on an answer to make one."

Alerts tab

The Alerts tab lists every alert you made: "Each is checked when its table refreshes, and always shows on Today and in the bell." Each alert says where you made it (for example "Created from a chat" or "Created from Today") and when it last fired.

ActionWhat it does
New alertMake an alert here: say what to watch ("Tell me when weekly signups from Google fall a lot") and the agent builds the condition from your tables
EditChange the alert
HistoryWhen it fired before
Pause for a weekStops it for seven days. It shows "Paused until" a date, with Resume
DeleteAsks "Delete this alert?"

An alert that "Needs a condition" isn't checked until you click Set its condition.

You can have up to 10 alerts: "You have 10 alerts, the most there can be. Delete one to make another." An alert can be limited with up to three Only for filters (for example "Region is West").

Start over

At the bottom of the page: "Want me to forget everything and start again?" Click Start over…. The Start Ask over? window says: "Ask goes back to how it was on your first day: you pick your data again, and your agent forgets what you've told it, your digest, your page and your Explore cards."

OptionWhat it doesDefault
Delete my chatsEvery chat you had in Ask, for goodOn
Delete my snippetsEvery snippet and canvas, for goodOn

With either ticked: "Deleted chats and snippets can't be brought back." Click Start over to confirm. Ask reloads at its first visit. Your access doesn't change: what was shared with you stays shared.

Reset to a preset

If you were given Ask from a preset, the line also offers Reset to the preset's name (for example Reset to Clinic managers). It asks to confirm: "Your Today page, Explore and canvas go back to the preset as it is now. Your chats stay."
