Share and export data and dashboards from Mammoth

You get Mammoth data to people by sharing a dashboard, and to systems by downloading or exporting a View. Share a published dashboard by link, email or collection, or use the three View toolbar controls: the download icon (⬇) saves a one-time copy, Export delivers data after every pipeline run, and Publish builds a dashboard from the View. Downloads are on every plan; which export destinations you can use depends on your plan.

The three View toolbar actions

ControlWhat it doesUpdates on its own?
Download icon (⬇)Opens Save a copy: Download file (CSV, Excel or JSON, plus NDJSON, XML, YAML or Parquet under More formats), New dataset, or Email once, now, to people in this workspace. Disabled in edit mode or in a view-only workspaceNo, it's a snapshot
ExportCreates a pipeline task that delivers data after every pipeline run. The menu opens on External Destinations (databases, files, apps, REST API and, on Enterprise plans, Somewhere else…). Mammoth Managed has Send to Dataset, Live link and managed Google BigQuery or PostgreSQLYes
PublishOpens the create page to build a dashboard, slides, doc or Q&A from the View, then share it by linkWhen the dashboard's sync settings are on

A destination your plan doesn't include shows a Trial pill on its card in the Export menu; hover it to see which plans include it. Each saved export shows When it runs, its Run history, and a Send only new rows option where the destination keeps earlier rows. Project members get an email when an export fails.

Hold data for review with Auto-sync

Every destination export, and the Live Link task, has an Auto-sync setting. When it's on (the default), data goes out each time the pipeline runs. When it's off, data waits in the Monitor panel under Needs Attention → Pending until you release it. See Hold exports for review with Auto-sync.
